I believe that Snap Inc. will end up being one of those companies that will be a case study in most business strategy books and papers.

It will definitely be in the ‘What not to do’ or the ’10 things to avoid if you want to be successful’ section!

Late reactions, disregarding subscribers’ feedback, blurred business strategy & vision and failing to stay ahead of the curve in a highly competitive market is a business killer.

Snap had a lot of opportunities but made a ton of mistakes along the way, and didn’t learn from those mistakes fast enough.

There’s a ton to be said about what they did wrong and I’m not here to do that.

I hope they refocus and get their s**t together and realize the opportunities and possibilities ahead, for their own good and existence.
